I am very disappointed in the services I received from Premier Dental Center. For two years I had cleanings and dental work done. Each time I was told my insurance covered all service and there were no charges. Each time I received services there was always additional treatments recommended and told there where would be no costs. Based on this I agreed to these treatments. After two years the business office manager presented me with a bill for nearly $1000 stating that I now owe for the services that I was told my insurance covered. The business office manager was rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. I reviewed this new bill and found that they included another of their customers fees in my bill. When I questioned how I had charges when my insurance covered them I was told Premier Dental Center made a mistake and because of this mistake I needed to pay. When I refused to do this the business office manager in the lobby of Premier Dental office read aloud the days and the services I received while other customers where present. This was a clear violation of HIPPA. I had to file a complaint with the Office of Civil Rights for this situation. As an additional note I rec

I love Premier Dental! I have been “dentist hopping” for nearly 16 years, not being able to find a place that felt comfortable to me. There was always a sense of dread and I always felt like I was a cash cow. I don’t feel that way with Premier. I love Dr. Gaska and the techs. They are so lovely and amiable. Dr. Gaska is wonderful about creating a care plan for your teeth and is great about patient education. I feel so well cared for at this clinic. I have some extensive dental work that needs to be done but I feel happy to do it because I know I’m doing something great for my health and I’m in capable hands. As long as Dr. Gaska is there I will be there too.

I recently had a dental implant procedure with Dr. Tadros, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the initial consultation through the final restoration, Dr. Tadros was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. He took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable. I was honestly nervous before the procedure, but Dr. Tadros immediately put me at ease. His calm demeanor, confidence, and attention to detail made a huge difference. The procedure itself was much smoother than I ever imagined, and the results look and feel amazing. I never expected the process to be this comfortable and seamless. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming, making every visit a positive experience. If you're considering dental implants, I highly recommend Dr. Tadros. His expertise, compassion, and commitment to patient care truly set him apart. I'm extremely grateful for the outstanding care and the confidence he has given me with my new smile.

I was welcomed and acknowledged immediately. The staff was kind. My hygienist explained each step it was a genuine exchange. The care I was given was the best I ever experienced at a dental office. Dr. Gaska was thorough and we reviewed my scans and talked about my care and next steps. Thank you.

I had an excellent experience at Premier Dental in Naperville for both myself and my son. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and patient. They took the time to explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed and they answered all of my questions with care. They made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. Truly outstanding service. I highly recommend.
